Granite Crest provides specified technology services only under separate written agreements. Neither Granite Crest nor any customer may bind the other, and each is solely responsible for its own debts, obligations, contracts, taxes, and liabilities. A sale, transfer, merger, or change of control involving a customer does not transfer any ownership interest in Granite Crest Systems LLC or its technology, software, systems, accounts, or other assets. Any continuing license or service right remains governed solely by the applicable signed agreement.
